Heavy Equipment Operator
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to safely and efficiently operate construction equipment on road and site projects.

Responsibilities include:
- Operating equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders
- Performing grading, excavation, and material placement to plan specifications
- Conducting daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Working closely with foremen and crew members to meet production and safety goals
Qualifications:
- Prior heavy equipment operating experience (road construction preferred)
- Strong safety awareness and ability to follow jobsite procedures
Field Laborer
We are looking for a dependable Field Laborer to support road construction crews with general labor and site support tasks.

- Assisting equipment operators and crew members on active jobsites
- Shoveling, raking, flagging traffic, and placing materials
- Maintaining a clean and safe jobsite
- Following safety rules and directions from supervisors
Qualifications:
- Willingness to perform physical outdoor work
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Construction experience helpful but not required
